What this does
Submitting this form opens a verified deletion request with our Data Protection Officer. You can ask us to delete:
- Your assessment answers and any AI readiness score generated from them.
- Any deep-analysis reports created for you, including the PDF exports.
- Your account and authentication records, if you have signed in.
- Your marketing consent and the email address held against it.
What we may keep, and why. Where the law requires it — for example, invoices and tax records under UAE financial regulations, or short-lived security logs needed to investigate fraud — we will retain only the minimum set of records for the retention period set out in our privacy notice. Everything else is deleted within 30 days of identity verification, with backups purged within a further 60 days.
Submit a request
After you submit
- We acknowledge the request by email, usually within one business day.
- We verify your identity — typically by replying from the email address held on the relevant record.
- Once verified, we delete the in-scope data and confirm the action in writing.
- Backups are overwritten on the normal rotation, so any copies that survive verification are purged within 60 days.
- If we cannot delete a specific record because of a legal obligation, we tell you which record and which law.
